Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Excellent service from john taking off old doors and replacing with new. Trimming doors putting new hinges and door handles on . Very friendly and extremely tidy from inside and outside. Richard was here when he said he would be, did the work quickly and professionally, and coped with some unexpected problems well (late arrival of the basin I ordered, and a leaky pipe only discovered once the tiles were off).
