Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.

The work was carried out professionally, everything was explained to me, parts needed & costs etc. It was necessary for him to return the following day with another part which he did as agreed & the job was completed. BDS did a brilliant job, and responded quickly after I put out job. . Currys men (2) said that they were unable to remove washing machine without taking up work surface. This I refused, One person from BDS easily took out old machine and installed new machine connecting it to both electrics and water supply. Job cost just £4 more than Currys had charged. Man was courteous, mindful of my property I can not recommend BDS highly enough.
