Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The guy has not fixed the leakage problem from the radiator, he came to my place with no tools, not even a Screwdriver. He spent 5 minutes but he has changed me for full one hour fee of £150?. I am unsatisfying with the work.

I was contacted by a couple of tradesman about the job I posted, one was Hass from Comforooms and one was Shef. Both of them were very nice, but we went with Comforooms, I would definitely consider Shef for future jobs too. Hass was very professional, polite, gave a written quote and reassured us that he would do a really good job, he had completed the task and my mum seems happy with the finishing, he has also guaranteed the work if anything happens again but ensured us that we won’t have future problems.
