Communication to book was quick, upon booking in the date a time it went backwards. On the day of the installation I had to call up as they didn’t arrive, was advised he would be there between 12 & 2pm but didn’t so ring again to be told he would be there for 5pm. Just before 5pm they advised he wouldn’t be coming and rebooked for the following week and therefore not done for Christmas, basically a full day wasted. On the next date he turned up to say he couldn’t do it due to no correct tools.
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Louis dealt with a major water leak at our rented property, the day after we advertised on RP. To be honest, we’ve had the same issue before and it’s never been properly resolved. Louis diagnosed the issue and rectified the problem by re-doing the pipework and cleaning it all the way through. He is also sorting a stopcock which has seized up. He provided us with videos to show what he had done. Very happy with the work he did and for sorting this issue so quickly.
