Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me. Christian is very argumentative, he does not listen to what the customer wanrmts, he looks for the easiest and cheapest material to do the job, he tells you not to tell his workmen how much he has charged you or he will quit the job.he is an extortionist, he overcharges for material, if you buy your own material, he takes what remaining without asking, he is always in a rush and as a result the job is not completed, you have to hire someone else to complete it. For peace of mind, I won't hire him
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. The plumber coming had a look at the work to be done, announced a budget, and then, a few minutes after starting, 'discovered' that the works will be more complicated, therefore more than doubling the budget. The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.

I want to share my experience with Mr. Billie Woods, as it's important for others to be aware. I hired him for a toilet job and paid upfront, but he failed to complete the work and disappeared with my money. After many attempts to contact him, I had to take legal action. I eventually won a court judgment, but it has been a long process. Mr. Woods is now being pursued by the police and the court for the funds he took. I advise anyone considering working with him to proceed with caution,
