Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. He finished the job with high quality and with just a small delay despite of a good amount of obstacles (we did painting in parallel). Would definitely recommend Chris's services!

Dhval was polite, efficient and easy to work with as we had specific requests. He kept us informed of timing - when he was likely to arrive or held up in traffic - and completed the job to our spec with good humour and warmth. His charges were very fair and we would certainly use his services again. We would recommend him as a handyman as he has many skills so it’s always worth asking what he can do.

The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.
