Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. General maintenance
All work completed on time and on budget and to a very high standard. Couldn’t have asked for better.
I recently had my bathroom refurbished, and the results exceeded my expectations. Gheorghe transformed the outdated space into a modern sanctuary. The project was completed on schedule and within budget, a testament to his professionalism and efficiency. Communication throughout the process was clear and responsive, making the experience stress-free. He is really friendly and genuine person. I am thrilled with the outcome and would highly recommend his services to anyone.
Needed plug sockets and bathroom extractor fan repaired. Only repaired one plug saying other couldn’t be fixed and cleaned extractor fan claiming it now worked. Since got second opinion and plug can be repaired and extractor fan still no good so need to pay for someone else to fit a new one. Fan stuck really badly to wall, looks awful and left dirty hand prints all over the paint work. In summary I paid £75 to essentially have a plug repaired.

The remark 'You do not have any choice.' completed this sorry picture, with permanent bargaining. Then, ignoring that customers' reviews are customers' prerogative, the plumber asked for a '5 star' rating. This disqualifies any rating previously received. Sorry, business manners seldom come amiss.
