We contacted Ciprian for a quote to put up a shed for us in the garden. He promptly called us and gave us a price. Which we agreed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. This company takes advantage of need for a fast call out. Very expensive and was mislead on charges when booked. Paid £180 (which was discounted) for 5 mins job to cap shower for broken value. They didn’t even take broken value out to help identify part needed. Called next day and said part unavailable (I later found the major parts supplier were closed that day so not sure where they checked) and was then quoted thousands to replace shower. Did my own research and found part for £40, replaced myself.

Mohammed who responded to my job, was polite and and keen to do my jobs. He was young and clearly very inexperienced as he was not prepared to return to look at two of the jobs that were not completed correctly, even though he offered a 6 months guarantee. I had to call in another tradesman to fix one of the jobs done by Mohammed and this was costly. Be aware of his inexperience in DIY jobs.
