Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I've been working in installing, designing and selling bathrooms for 8 years, whilst working with my father who has been tiling and bathroom fitting for over 40 years. Together we decided to launch this venture to project manage everything that goes into a new bathroom, whilst working with a fitting company called Total Bathrooms and Kitchens Ltd. I’m a fully qualified plumber and drainage engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the trade. After completing my plumbing certification, I spent 6 years working as a drainage engineer, specialising in unblocking and repairing drainage systems, using CCTV equipment to identify defects, and providing detailed reports for customers.
