Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Found James through rated people to do a full kitchen refurbishment. This wasn’t the easiest project, when stripped out their were issues found. But James and other trades he brought in, that carried out the work were very professional and finished the work to a really high standard. Booked engineer for boiler services for monday didnt turn up, but came on the next day, unblocked boiler pipe, broked the pipe and glue it as his solutions, issue come up F1 at boiler and still charging 150 pound. Initialy advise not call out charge and will charge 65 pound plus vat. What a nigthmare...do not book this company.
