Within a few hours of the job going up Chris was here, it was a tougher job than expected as our leak was behind tiles. It turns out the kitchen filters had caught a pipe and tried to cover it rather than repair properly. Chris took photos and videos for our insurers resulting in a successful claim, he fixed the leak and also did everything he could to keep the cost down - testament to his honesty and years of experience. I 100% recommend him.

Good time keeping and very hard working. Everyday a clean up was carried out at the end of work. I was kept up to date with any promlems that were unforseen.
