Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Nicholas managed to fix an issue that I was beginning to think wouldn't be possible as I have had 2 plumbers previously look into it. He was reliable, well spoken and charged fairly for the work he carried out. I would definitely recommend Nicholas to anyone looking for a good, knowledgeable, dependable and friendly plumber.
I would like to state that Ken has been very helpful in trying to meet my high standards. He has had a challenge with 3 different colour grouts white, black & brown. He has also come back 4 times in an attempt to please me. I would like to highly recommend Ken for natural stone jobs as he has done an excellent job of our Kitchen Splashback. Although I am still dissatisfied with our ensuite and will have to get this re-done in the future, I do now have all the gaps filled and feel it is useable. Jason

Hi there, my names Craig I’ve been Plumbing since leaving school in 2000. I hold advanced NVQ level 3 in Plumbing, Heating & design and was first corgi registered back in 2005. With the change from corgi to gas safe I’m now up to date with the gas safe register for Domestic Natural gas supplemented with LPG, Butane gas for both permanent dwellings, Residential Park homes (RPH) and Leisure Accommodation Vehicles (LAV) Plus also for the Plumbing side of what I cover I have the Qualification for vented and unvented Hot water storage systems (UHW10)

A couple of very helpful gents who came and gave me a price and then turned up when they said they would and completed the job with minimum fuss. One of them even came back to turn on the boiler, which they turned off, whilst we were looking up how to do it. Would recommend to anyone.

I required 6 radiators replacing and a system flush. I obtained quotes from a number of tradesmen but found Reaction Plumbing & Heating to be the most comprehensive and competitive quote. James & Matt were punctual, tidy and polite and completed the job within the qiven timescale. Their work is of the highest quality and the end result is so professional.
