Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. When Craig came round he was able to tell me that my initial plan wouldnt quite work, so we formulated a new one, and even though i had awkward times for him to arrive he managed to fit us in and complete the job to the exact standard I required. Absolutely top class tiler, I was let down by another tiler at the last minute but thankfully found Piotr. His work is incredible he clears up after himself, the quality of the workmanship is second to none, extremely friendly and helpful and a perfectionist. I was so pleased with the work he did laying a limestone floor in my kitchen/dining room I asked him to come back and do my very tricky bathroom and now I have him booked in to re point and seal my patio. 100% would recommend.
