Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. Mel quoted and was able to complete the job very quickly. I had been trying to get someone for some time that wasn't asking a ridiculous price to remove the old warm air boiler. He cleared up after finishing and arranged to have the scrap removed. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would happily recommend him to anyone needing a gas engineer.

Built a dividing concrete block wall in our garage. Started work soon after contact, got the job done quickly and to a decent standard. Would happily have back again.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

I needed someone to replace my condemned boiler asap. I accepted their reasonable quote on Tuesday pm and they replaced my boiler 4 days later on a Saturday. I could not be happier with the work they did. From start to finish, they worked throughout in a professional, thoughtful manner. When completed, there was no evidence that they had been!! They cleared up really well and even offered to replace my furniture for me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Well done!
