Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. I’m a fully qualified plumber and drainage engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the trade. After completing my plumbing certification, I spent 6 years working as a drainage engineer, specialising in unblocking and repairing drainage systems, using CCTV equipment to identify defects, and providing detailed reports for customers. I’ve also installed UPVC drainage systems and septic tanks, giving me a wealth of experience in both domestic and commercial drainage work. Richard did a very good job on relaying floor tiles to my bathroom floor, including refitting 2 new tiles which were cracked ones . Due to previous movement he installed a flexible mat and then the special adhesive to ensure thorough fixing and stability. The job was completed ahead of schedule and he was thorough with attention to detail. Will have him back again for next job in kitchen.
