Very quick response, excellent workmanship, helped with a few things that were an issue as well as the main big job. Very happy with the new bathtub installation. Highly recommended!
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Zamir is a complete time waster. Took my 50% deposit, then cancelled 30 minutes before he was due to arrive. We rearranged a second visit: he didn't turn up at all that day, nor did he replied to my phone calls, SMSs, WhatsApp messages, or emails. Got an apologetic email from him the next day, and he returned my deposit on my request. However, I lost 2 whole days waiting for him, and will have to wait another few weeks until the job can be done in the new year (by another tradesman, of course).

Sinevir did a solid job on our exterior walls. They paid particular attention to prepping the surfaces—cleaned and degreased everything thoroughly and were careful with the details. They even dug down around the foundation to insulate below ground level, and didn’t charge anything extra for it, which was a nice surprise. Work done to very high standard in a clean and tidy manner. Kept us fully informed throughout of work being done and any issues arising for our agreement. We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. They worked incredibly hard and to the highest quality. They have been readily available to come over and finish off the final snags. We look forward to working with TBC again for our loft!
