Arrived approx 1 hour after phoning. Team of 3 worked hard. Work was a good quality and they stayed late to finish the job. Cleaned well after finishing.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

He replied for my painting quote. On the day of work, when he started filling minor cracks, i need to repeatedly go and intervene and need to show that he kept on missing to fill several cracks in each rooms, then also explained no point to start painting with these open cracks. Then within 30 minutes of start of the work, he was missing at site. Just waste of time and now delays in finishing my works. Not show any positive attitude to improve on his mistakes nor dedication to complete on scheduled works.

Ben managed a complex plumbing job for me, skillfully orchestrating multiple sub-contractors and ultimately delivering an excellent result that is beautiful to look at. I had 4 wardrobes fitted, 2 with sliding doors and 2 hinged doors, all completed in 4 days. Workers were very efficient and cleaned up every evening. Wardrobes look amazing, price was excellent!
