Aaron came out quickly to give us a quote to change bath to step in shower. Gave us a good price and was able to fit us in because of a cancellation. I hired Four Seasons to repoint the ridge tiles and fix the slipped tile. He spent 3 hours doing this and charged £450. He suggested that the roof needed to be cleaned. He spent 2 hours doing this and charged £350. Two days later I noticed that the slipped tile was still slipped. Four Seasons said it was a patch repair and he should have removed the tile. I did not receive a receipt as promised. I paid cash.

The job was so much more difficult than any of us expected and had become dangerous so I needed urgent help. Luckily Mc Neil Property Services were ready and able to take it on at short notice. Would highly recommend this company. They were the first to get in touch. Very efficient, great communication. Took their time to look in loft to make sure felt didn’t need replacing after identifying lots of cracked tiles once on the roof. Provided photo evidence and gave us a price for replacing them. Only recommended work that was needed and was very reasonably priced. From quote to job done all in same day and left the place tidy. Fantastic service.
