Rubbertech is a family run business which specialises in flat roofs. And waterproofing them with firestone EPDM Rubber membrane. Most flat roofs can be done in one single sheet with no need for any joins. The membrane has a life expectancy of 40+ years. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.
Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Tony and his friend Mario completed the bathroom full refurbishment on time. Work quality was very good at every level : starting from plumbing, tiling and final finishing. The rates were very competitive as well. Kept the house clean when the work was going on. Being impressed by his quality and openness, I gave them some additional work for my second bathroom. Overall I am very happy with his quality of work on competitive cost.

I can't comment on the any work carried out but we had him booked in to attend, he did not turn up on the day and when I messaged him I had no reply, not very happy as I took time out of work.

They replied quickly, came when said and sent me a written quote by email. They came on the day they said they would and worked into the evening with flood lights. They came back next day to clean up. I have however discovered they took a panel off our Decking and did not put it back. I have messaged them but no reply. So five stars for quote and timing. I would give less for the after service. We will however be getting them back later in the year for a shed/garden house construction.
