Michael is a truly wonderful father and son team, honest, reliable, turned up even in snow day and moved us forward as Thursday was not possible. They came on Wednesday. They did not quote us the moon and earth like other cow boys. They also were kind saw that our sink was virtually on collapse mode and got us a stunning white marble effect work top sink and reps in that look lovely and three base cabinets. They will be doing our bath next and we’re happy to make adjustments for us in price,time exemplary.

Friendly and professional service. Not having recommendations of tradesmen is hard. 'Rated People' allowed me to find David from DBF Handyman and Building Services. David has been nothing but superb. Friendly and helpful. Taking his time to allow us to explain what we wanted and then for him to explain how he would do it. All the work carried out by him is of the highest standard. David even assisted and advised on other works because he is a decent honest man. Will certainly use again. Thank you.

Great job, really considerate. Also my elderly mum had a wobbly turn and they got her water. They were very kind and did a lovely job with her driveway. Just what she wanted and will use again.

Quick response, agreed to attend property and give quote. Once price agreed they were able to complete job same day. Three workers, all were friendly and efficient and offered to clean up when finished. I was so pleased that I have asked them to do further work for me.

We are very happy with hiring Seamus. He has done a skillful job renovating our utility room which needed a new floor, steps removed, a door and lintel raised plus an archway remodelled and plastered. Lovely man and a reasonable price for such a tricky project. He also left the area clean every night and helped out with smaller jobs around the house. Thanks Seamus!

Morgan was quick to grab the job and quote, and could start the job quicker than we were expecting. All the guys that came, including Morgan, were always polite and friendly and just got on with the job. Clean and tidy as well. The only reason I've dropped a star is because there was a confusion over the way Morgan quoted, which we've discussed, and there were a couple of days we had expected trades to call but then at fairly short notice we got let down - Morgan did let us know. Would use again.

Not enough space to write the full review I would like to give. Gary and Sheldon have transformed my outside space.They cleared an extremely overgrown back garden and landscaped with gravel and laid a new patio.The front garden and drive have been block paved,the garden slope reduced and a front door step made to make access easier as I have arthritis. Hard working,friendly and am thrilled with what has been done.A big thank you for a great job and would definitely recommend and use again.

the pavement stone work was fine, but the cladding stones are falling off. I thought it was just few, but now I have at least five pieces falling off.

I was contacted by Jim and he offered to come out the same day to price the job. He arrived, listened to what I wanted and gave me a very good price for the job . He turned up on time to do the job, and even suggesting that something I suggested could be done differently, and he was right. He even provided some sleepers to improve the job, and didn’t charge any extra . Job was completed and the patio looks fabulous. We are more than pleased with his work and his mate Cam. You won’t be let down
