My rating is based on customer service only. At this point I was seeking costs and advice of which I promptly got from Adam. Along with discussing the job I posted, we also talked about another job I have; He’s the first person to suggest checking / replacing a part other than my needing a new shower unit. I recently had Luke and his team widen an opening between two rooms in my property, which was a sizeable job requiring the installation of a steel beam. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
