Paid extra for a certificate. They never gave me the certificate. Spent 5 months chasing them (even though they should be chasing me since I paid for the service). A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead.
