Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. Had an extension built - cost almost £32k - Company uses 100% subcontractors no employees which when we were looking they advised they only employ people and have 2 projects ongoing at a time which is not true - Overall quality of build is good (4*) but overall score a 2* due to some of the subcontractors work and attitude, mistakes during build by not following architects drawings, poor communication and project management, leaving house open to elements and me having to arrange building control visits.
