The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!

David seemed nice and polite when he started and his work was decent. But has been very unreliable since. Was supposed to do a 4 day flooring job first week of september but only worked one full day and three half days so dint finish. Since then he keeps promising to show up and then gives a reason why he cannot almost on a day to day basis. Has left my house a mess with half done skirting and an unsafe staircase, and carpet waste lying outside. And no honest explanation. Took payments also day to day.

Derek came out to see me but didn’t have any real clue about drainage. He just asked me if I wanted artificial grass which I advised him I didn’t. He told me when he lays real grass his gardens are terrible in a couple of years time, He didn’t appear to know what to say to me and advised he should have brought his friend who deals with drainage with him. He took my drawing and said he would have a think about it and get back to me which he never did! I would not have hired him anyway.
