John and his team were amazing. John provided me with a great quote, within a couple days of agreeing, johns team got my roof tiles back in place. Whilst on my roof, they even fixed a couple broken tiles, unblocked the downpipe to my gutter and placed some cement where near the pointers without charging anything extra. We contacted Ciprian for a quote to put up a shed for us in the garden. He promptly called us and gave us a price. Which we agreed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior.
