Spencer at Pocock Developments project managed our work very well. From the fully detailed quote, to advising on any pricing changes and providing some extra plastering work - got to say everything was managed smoothly and transparently, and the one hiccup over the roof tiles was put right quickly. Plus we appreciated Myron and Ivan's eye for detail and managing their work around the weather. Our two dormers look great, so thanks Pocock Development and we'd definitely use them again ????

A pretty good job was done, but they charged a lot of money to say they were only onsite for 3.5 hours. They also didn’t re-sand in between the joists as I would have expected.

So pleased with the work Ciprian did for me. He sourced the security gate and found a great reasonable price for me. He communicated throughout and arrived promptly to my home to install the gate. Serjan skimmed and plastered a difficult bedroom ceiling in my Victorian house, which I am renovating. I highly recommend serjan He responded to my request for a quote very quickly on a weekend, quoted the next day and then had completed the job all within a week. Serjan was highly professional and respectful whilst working (the whole family was home). This is not the first plastering I have had done, but I can see that he is highly skilled in plastering. A five star review is well-deserved.
