This family have been marvelous, getting a very urgent collection sorted out for me mega quickly, so that l would not lose my property permanently (which was likely to happen imminently), and which would have caused me great distress. Everything was very good, with the exception of the turfing. This part is very poor, despite a couple of attempts, as well as the way in which our garden was left. Discarded turf and soil left around the garden and under a tree and quality of laying it, not what I would have expected of a Landscape Gardener.

I have concerns about the validity of this contractor; I have been advised by an independent contractor that the work is of a poor standard and will need to be rectified. I also have evidence of dishonesty. He told me he needed extra money to replace wooden battens but refused to provide a receipt. Ii have security cameras and it was clear that he had not delivered them. The following day he said that his contractors had 'cut off the rotten bits' and used concrete. I am taking legal action.
