The work was done well and he even picked up a few things from B&Q for me. Unfortunately when he plumbed in the sink he plumbed the the hot water to the cold tap and vice versa. Also, he left a saw mark in my Ercol kitchen table with a bit of his blood which he never told me about. But then neither did I. All things considered I would hire the man again and have no issue recommending him for other jobs.

Would recommend Ashton Construction. Very pleasant and went the extra mile (at no extra cost) when additional problems came to light once the job was started. They also cleared up and left the kitchen very clean -you would not have known they had been there at all!

Does anyone know whether Andrew is ok? I paid him to do a job for me and despite some setbacks (he fell ill, then his son fell ill, then they had a family holiday) I thought we were set to go. I have not heard from him for two weeks and am becoming concerned

Very Professional from the start when giving a quote to the end of the Job. Always keeping in touch about starting the job to make sure i was ok with the proposed date. Once started the staff were professional friendly and very helpful in doings just little things that made the job look fabulous. I would recommend them to anyone. If i could i would given them a 10 star if not more

We used Paul to replace our conservatory floor, he arranged to view the job and arrived on time. After a few minutes with Paul you see he knows the building job inside out. He advised us of different options and wasn’t pushy. Leaving me to think it over. When we called him back to start work we were very impressed with how hard working and professional he is. The floor was completed on time and within budget, it looks and feels great! We now have him listed in our contacts for future work.

Excellent service, Paul was very punctual with getting in touch with me and very easy to contact. Price was very reasonable, the quality was great as you can see he is very passionate about his work. We are going to be getting more work done with Rockwater and then get a monthly maintenance plan introduced to keep up that standard of the garden.

Mark and Lee installed a new bath and shower with associated tiling new lighting and extractor they paid attention to finished detail I am extremely happy with works. Turned up on the date agreed and worked continuously until the work was completed

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

SP Groundwork arrived at time agreed and carried out the necessary resulting in a transformed outdoor area. The work was completed on time despite there being heavy rain during the week. Scott quoted and charged a fair & satisfactory price. I am very pleased with the result. Scott has agreed to carry out additional groundwork to other external areas of the property. Came and visited measured up and said would get back to me with a price. Shook handsthis clearly doesn't mean anything to them. I got the price by text. I agreed and said by text I needed someone you can rely on. The reply by text was you can rely on us we agreed a date and time, I took time off work, I rang emailed and left a voice mail and text to see where they were when they didn't show.I'm still waiting, they are not even polite enough to let me know they couldn't come or didn't want the job.
