Alton Services built a 2-storey extension for us and we were so delighted with their work they went on to refurbish our bathroom, completely refurbish my mother's new home and build a conservatory. I booked holidays from work, so lost them. Eventually text me to say he will start the following week. No communication since them even though I have tried several times.
