Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. The team were tidy and worked hard to the deadline throughout the process. If you need a high quality rendering job, then I would highly recommending considering Rob's services.

He made an effort to clean up after himself and brought his own tools, he completed the work in the timescale he promised. I have concerns about the validity of this contractor; I have been advised by an independent contractor that the work is of a poor standard and will need to be rectified. I also have evidence of dishonesty. He told me he needed extra money to replace wooden battens but refused to provide a receipt. Ii have security cameras and it was clear that he had not delivered them. The following day he said that his contractors had 'cut off the rotten bits' and used concrete. I am taking legal action.
