Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

I cannot say at this time if the problem has been solved, as the damp marks on the bedroom walls will obviously not disappear immediately. Michael contacted me until he got my permission to inspect the property this weekend. He did that and got back to me immediately with a quote which I got him to email to me. I am now considering whether I can afford to proceed but thus far I cannot fault his enthusiasm fo the job. His overall review is good at 4.5 stars but I will have to ensure that leaks will be properly fixed before I proceed.
