I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I won't hesitate to use his services again.He was extremely reliable and professional arrived at the time he said and he tidied up at the end of each day’s work. I thoroughly recommend him! Mark and his team did an ok job fixing my patio, but I was disappointed that he couldn't or wouldn't re-hang my garden gate. The patio part of the contract was completed in October 2024. I am writing this on 22nd January 2025 and the gate is still not done. The gate cannot be closed after the half-hearted attempt that was made to do the job. After many texts chasing him he has not now responded since mid-December. My advice? If you do engage this company, don't pay him anything until the job is complete.
