Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . Again asked a number of times but it's a no show. Didnt turn up a couple of times. Making the very unreliable. Looking for new builder now to do the back

Alin and his men done an amazing job removing my fireplace and mantle piece off the chimney breast , fixing the wall making it smooth and painting it, they mounted my tv on the wall and a floating unit, their work is outstanding I cannot fault them, they left the place tidy and clean and got rid of all the rubbish. I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.
