George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Came to repair kitchen tap leaking from valves and spout. Left site stating repair was completed (having charged extra as needed to replace the tap handles). Two days later the spout was again leaking and a valve that was not replaced (although originally quoted for replacement) was leaking. Despite a supposed guarantee his phone number is no longer recognised.

Paul was hired to lay a brick fence and do front garden tiling. Three days later the columns collapsed. He returned and re-laid the piers, but one of them is still wobbly and needs repair. Tiles in the front garden were laid very carelessly and unprofessionally, some of them have come off, grouting was not done at all. All construction waste was left uncollected and the site after his work was left uncleaned. Got paid in full Paul GONE OFF and despite his promises he never came back to fix it.

Simply terrible! We asked for a new front door to be painted. Adam arrived without anything to protect the floor and without proper masking tape (paint has bled through everywhere he has placed it). After completing the first coat there was paint everywhere including our floor and walls and then refused to take responsibility. The actual paint job itself is very poor. We asked him not to return to finish the job. Hugely disappointing!
