What you quoted for you didn’t do. Instead of sealing from the outside your put some white sealant inside. The roof continued to leak. An now because of the 1 star you have contacted me for proof of it leaking after I had to get someone else to rectify the issue. They replaced the dripping tap with stylish new ones. Fixed a bath tap and the seal around the sink bath and shower. Plus repainted the ceiling which was a mess and now the bathroom looks like new.
