Ciprian was excellent and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was communicative, provided a fair and insightful quote based on discussions with me, arrived on time, was skilful in his installation of our cat flap into a thick brick wall and cleaned up perfectly. Water leak had caused a large section of the suspended kitchen floor to collapse. Brandon from Nexus was prepared to take on the job while others walked away. Not only did he do an excellent repair job but he managed the expectations of the tenants and liaised with the loss adjuster re. the successful insurance claim.

Spencer provided a detailed quotation. His references showed us their projects and spoke very positively about Spencer. The team worked very hard, the workmanship was excellent and they were very tidy. During the project we made some adjustments to the requirements, partly our choice and partly recommendations from Spencer. All costs were updated and transparent. The project was completed per the agreed schedule and we are very happy with the result. I would highly recommend Spencer and his team.

Darren recently helped fix a damp issue in our garden office, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He quickly identified the problem, sourced the materials, and got everything sorted in no time. On top of that, he took care of a few other touch-ups around the house, showing great attention to detail. He’s a really nice chap,easy to talk to, professional, and genuinely helpful.
