Agreed a cash price with Fraser for new roof and guttering with all the guarantees, but when it came to pay he then tells me if i wanted a guarantee I’d have to pay the vat. Don’t get me wrong the lads worked well but very messy as they just through the tiles off the roof into the skip instead of using a chute. Needed him back to sort guttering as it had come apart but got told when I’m next in the area needless to say I’m still waiting months later. Beware!! Don’t pay cash.

Luke did an amazing job and we are so happy with the end result. From the minute he turned up and protected the floors and furniture to his attention to detail and quality during the work, it was absolutely first class. Also delighted with the work Tony did with the plastering. First class job by both. We cannot recommend them enough and we have more work lined up for Luke already. Thanks again guys.

Quick response to job request. John kept in touch to advise on timeframe. Acoustic panels were fitted to one wall and I am very pleased with the result. Time and care were taken to achieve a great finish. John also helped out with another job that we had not previously discussed. Very happy with the job and the competitive cost. I would recommend this company and would use again.

Remove wallpaper from hall, stairs and landing, plaster walls and ceiling and paint. Plaster walls and ceilings in living room and cloakroom and paint. Extremely courteous workmen, who turned up on time each day, worked continuously though out the day with only a short break for lunch. Nothing was too much trouble. Keen to do a good job. Job ran over time but this was because of problems uncovered when wallpaper removed. We were delighted with finished rooms etc.

Wow - top class plumber, service at a reasonable cost. Prior to engaging JK plumbing, our ongoing bathroom project had overran by 2 weeks with lots of quality issues from the previous plumber. I contacted JK plumbing on a Saturday, 24hrs later basic functionality was re-instated, and by Thursday the full refurbishment work was completed and all the carryover issues fully corrected. Quality of job was top notch. I will 100% be happy to deal with JK plumbing again, highly recommend without hesitation.

First class job by John and the guys. Turned up on time to view the job, very knowledgeable and thorough assessment. Work completed to our agreed timescale and to a high standard, photos supplied to show before/after, important on a roof! Reasonably priced and very pleasant. Would highly recommend - in fact just had them back to do some more work.

Claude visited quickly to assess the Leylandii hedge trimming and provided a competitive quote for the work. He returned a few days later and worked very hard all morning and into the afternoon to complete the task. The standard of the work was excellent and all the trimmings were removed at the end. I would recommend Claude to anyone needing garden maintenance work done. Very satisfied customer.

A M Contracts did an excellent job of dismantling the wall cleaning the bricks and then rebuilding the wall. Despite disruption caused by the weather I could not fault the the work carried out. We are all really pleased with the rebuilt wall. A number of people have already said what a good job.

We had Calum out to do e previously botched pointing job. The end results is fantastic. These guys worked away no hassle at all and even managed to squeeze in another small job they discovered. Very punctual and professional and no messing about. Highly recommend and would definitely hire them again if I needed a builder.

Brian did a good job fixing my drive. Despite the heat they battled on and got it finished. I would hesitate to recommend Brian to anyone 1st class job.
