John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.

Michael did a first class job. Talked through options explaining reasoning behind the choices. He showed me and checked that i was happy through all the stages. Very unprofessional. I needed two double glazing handles replaced. Which they did, but then I showed him my living room window handle &he started saying “ooh thus dangerous it needs to be changed. He removed a long metal bit under the frame, which he then couldn’t replace as a spring fell out but did not tell me at the time. He then replaced the handle on that window charged me for all three windows. Then as he drove off I went to open the window and it can’t close. Said would come back & never did!

Colin arrived on time to complete the carpentry work to my front door. The work was completed to a high standard and the work area was left clean and tidy. Good value and I would recommend.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

The workman was very quick to come out and replace the seal on my bath. One month later, the seal lifted and needed to be done again. I have called, texted, left voicemails and still have not managed to get the workman to come back round to replace. I have now given up and learnt to reseal the bath myself. Therefore, I have unfortunately had to change the rating and comments of this job.
