Brendon did an excellent job of removing old blinds and replacing them with new ones. He replied instantly to my request, came round with a quote in a day, and undertook the work the next day. He was punctual, polite and helpful, and fixed an extra problem with the window catch while he was here. I would certainly recommend him (indeed, I am now likely to hire him myself for other jobs)

The subfloor was not put down correctly and isn't completely flat in my doorway between rooms. Actually there is a very small area that is missing subfloor altogether, so this causes the flooring to sink in everytime we walk in and out of the room. It's has now cracked in this area. The flooring is only a couple of months old and we now need to have to purchase new floor and have it fitted correctly. I've messaged Rey on this platform and called and txt his personal number but have had no reply. Shocking.

Would not recommend, was inconsiderate, turned up at my home late at night twice unexpectedly. Did not paint neatly - didn’t use frog tape I provided - painted into my ceiling and skirting boards. Ruined my original fireplace by splashing paint on it. Left my home dirty with all the rubbish left behind. Did not have basic tools that a professional tradesperson would usually have - used my new hoover and left paint all over it and used it to hoover up wallpaper which made it jam.

I am very disappointed with the service received from SKK construction. Whilst Sean did come and give us a reasonable quote, he failed to deliver! He cancelled our first appointment 15 minutes before the set time, but rearranged another date for the following week. The second time he did not arrive and failed to respond to texts. This is an appalling service- if a trades person does not want a job, they should just say they are not interested. His failure to turn up has ruined plans for 2 weekends .

ZELJKO BURGER (known as Charlie) did an amazing job of replacing a roof on our orangery from start to finish. We were quoted an extremely competitive price (Charlies quote was almost half of that quoted by a well-known competitor) and once we had accepted his quote, we were amazed at how quickly work began. It was carried out with a minimum of fuss and disruption. Charlie has transformed what was once a cold, unusable room into a functioning extension to out home. I definitely recommend him.

Please avoid booking this locksmith. He change my side gate lock that was damaged. The lock was removed and he charged £70 for removing the lock. He came to fix the lock after couple of days and charged £140. The lock was fitted at night time. We noticed that the screw used was not the right screw and already coming off next day. The lock is already shaking and can drop off anytime. I reported the situation and Robby promised to come on Friday, but he didn’t come. Avoid booking him

Thank you for the company reply.....3 months after this took place. My neighbours and I are down £360, which was what your Rated People "builder" charged us, and then of course did the runner. My comments were honest, as per the dealings with the above company. If your system had somehow been hacked, and a complete stranger turned up to our address, then I guess there are bigger issues here. In the meantime, if the company wants to compensate us for this theft, I'll be more than willing to hear from them.
