He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.

Unfortunately, despite all of the efforts of the tradesman - who’s communication skills were very poor we had to call another locksmith to correct the job. The tradesman from Bridlock drew holes too big so screws fell out. He also left enormous mess after which we found quite strange and unexpected - he was very much in a hurry. Most tradesman we dealt with swept and hover after themselves. For £ 120 40min very messy job installing our lock which we purchased prior to the job I would not recommend to any

Jenek (English spelling of his name) is a very good handyman who wants to do everything in his power to help. I asked him to tie up the fronds growing out at all angles from my pergola and he achieved the result that I wanted very quickly, methodically and carefully. It was better than I thought possible to achieve, with a lovely shaped arch to walk through. He took the initiative to clear out leaf debris from the ground although I hadn't asked him to, and I felt as though I was working with a friend.
