Glen was on time and and was very pleasant and professional. He explained what the problem was with my door handles and showed me the failed springs. He explained how the locking mechanism worked so that I fully understood the problem. Although he didn't have any black handles with him, he did have some white ones and I was happy with those so he did the job there and then to save a return visit. He also adjusted both the front an back doors for me. Very pleased.

Having been badly let down by our previous builder we had a number of smallish jobs that needed finishing. Lukasz was an ideal choice given the breadth of services offered. He was prompt professional and polite. The quotes for the work were spot on and completed quickly and to a high standard. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.
