Having spoken to Steve on the phone and by text, we agreed a date and time. However, Steve didn't turn up or call to say he wouldn't be coming. Rude and offensive to two elderly people. Requested nearby help, and they were from a long way away.They demanded cash so we had to to to a cash machine with them following . When told that we would complain ...one man came aggressively to my car and threatened us. The problem was a faulty light outside.....which cost over £250 to sort out. .. A very expensive 10 minutes spent at the house. .We were told it was the call out fee snd a full hour because that was what it was. Do not use this company .
