Optimise are incredible, they are so open and honest from the minute we made contact. Giving us lots for different options, with two young children they were very safety conscious, tidy, clean and respectful, turning the radio off whilst the baby slept, being kind and friendly to our 8 year old. The work is of such a high standard, we will be returning customers time and time again, my mum has already got the guys into quote for her. Alfie and the lads did a great job on our roof. They turned up on time, even though it was pouring with rain, and got stuck in straight away. Finished the whole thing in just three days, and we now have a nice new roof. Price was really fair, and the scaffolding guys were spot on too. Would definitely recommend them!

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person
