Andy is a joiner and he built my TV stand, he was so nice and made me feel comfortable chatting away while doing his job and my TV stand was up in a bout 15/20 mins he even put my TV onto my new stand and I am hoping he has time to get time to build my daughters flat pack dining table and 4 chairs, a nice TV stand for living room and a small set of drawers for her daughter's bedroom also his prices are very reasonable all in great Job Andy.

I’m still cleaning up days later - glue absolutely everywhere. All up my newly painted skirting boards, up my doors and glue all over new vinyl. No care was taken to prevent the glue from getting everywhere. Plus why would you join the doors by putting vinyl over vinyl? So there’s an obvious bump as you come in through the door. Floor bars were rammed in so he damaged paint. I’ve had to remove the floor bars myself and cut the vinyl to flatten the bumps and I paid full price for all of this?

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

I highly recommend BDS Contracts. David was very understanding when I had to cancel last minute. When I was finally able to confirm a date , I also changed the works needed a few times. David was very patient with me and we finally got the date, works and price sorted (thank you ????). The guys turned up and did the work quickly and efficiently. Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.

Ziggy did a fantastic job painting our (very large) garden fence. We wanted a freshen up before the rest of our garden was done, and Ziggy did exactly that… all with a smile on his face. He was very professional and friendly and put in a couple of hard shifts to get it done.

After 3 weeks of being let down and messed about by local roofers following Storm Eowyn, I posted on here and Colin got in touch. He made an appointment to come through, take a look and give a quote and he kept his word and arrived bang on time. He gave a good price and agreed to come and do the work in 2 days time, which he did, again bang on time and despite terrible weather, saving us from further water ingress that day. Excellent work & I have no hesitation in recommending Colin 100%. Will use again!

I hired Tomasz to renovation my shower room. He removed old fittings, ran new plumbing and tiled the wall. However, he scratched my new unit, put paint on my bare wood door frame, put the shower up squint, fitted tile trim with silicon, left holes in the wall, built a pipe box too big, covered it with ugly correx, lost screws to fasten the towel rail to the wall so it's loose, and left it leaking, and installed tray in wrong place in shower. I had to undo much of his work and finish the job myself. :-(

Douglas did a really good job for a good price. He dealt well with the quirks of our old house and tidied up after himself. I would definitely ask him to do other plumbing work in future.
