As a property maintenance and renovations specialist, we had been working for the last 9 years exclusively for property developers and Estate Agents such as Brinkle's, Towneds, Dexters, and Cubitt&west covering All trades. We are also known for our charitable work at St Bede's Catholic church Balham and St Mathews Anglican church Croydon. Working for professional establishments over the years, helped us to perfect our skills and procedures. Now working directly for home owners and landlords with fantastic results. Initial leads are from rated people, but once people see what we can do, they usually pass us on the other family members and friends. 70% of our jobs are from word of mouth and referrals. Spreading good will and satisfaction through out the community. We also build our projects with 10 - 20 year accountability in mind. 90 % of everyone we work for are usually happy to instantly become our referee. The other 10% usually give an instant reference but are often too busy to take reference calls. Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.

Replied to request posted within 30mins. Plumbers arrived the same day. Fixed both tap and toilet the same day. Couple of minor issues which were quickly resolved a couple of days later. Couldn’t fault communication. Would recommend this company and I will use again.

One word: fabulous! Martin and his team are polite, precise in undertsanding their client’s need and execute it with high quality. Martin does not settle on mediocracy. He would spend time and energy in getting it right and leave a clean and neat place after work. He started with a wardrobe project and ended up doing a lot more work as I saw I can fully rely on him. One of those rare gems of a craftsman who works for his satisfaction and not on an hourly rate. I would highly recommend him!
