Andy is a joiner and he built my TV stand, he was so nice and made me feel comfortable chatting away while doing his job and my TV stand was up in a bout 15/20 mins he even put my TV onto my new stand and I am hoping he has time to get time to build my daughters flat pack dining table and 4 chairs, a nice TV stand for living room and a small set of drawers for her daughter's bedroom also his prices are very reasonable all in great Job Andy.

Excellent service. Work carried out promptly, efficiently and tidily. Courteous and informative throughout the process. Patient whilst waiting on 6 tenants/owners permission. Also did work discovered necessary above and beyond quote. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Very impressed with Michael. Fitted a kitchen tap that I couldn’t get to. I was thinking it would take about 45 mins but he had it fitted in about 15. I was quoted £70 and I offered him £80 but insisted on £70. Will definitely hire him again if required

Dave did an excellent job. Living room flaking ceiling was repaired beautifully and then painted along with the cornicing. Fantastic! Wall painting was super, cutting in perfect. Dave was extremely hard working and respectful of property.

I do not recommend this company at all even even it was the last man on earth. They damaged my wardrobe and didn’t build it properly. Left out about 100 screws so by the next day the wardrobe was falling apart. Also threw some of the parts and threw it in the rubbish,when I brought this up they responded with cheek. When I tried to contact them regarding the wardrobe falling about by the next day,they ignored all my messages and calls. This is a very unprofessional poor service. They are cons.

Arrived on time and did what we wanted done (loft ladder). Was pleasant and polite observing current Covid rules. We have arranged for him to come back and do various other jobs.

Cannot recommend highly enough, Paul and his team transformed our back garden to a lovely stone paved area with a section levelled for rubber matting for our toddlers play area. His work is to a very high standard and he was very professional. When we get more work done in the future we won't hesitate to contact him again.

The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

Keiran did that rare thing of turning up exactly when he said he would. Tidy and friendly, and reasonably priced. He removed a glass pane from door and fitted wooden replacement before installing cat flap - looks smart and exactly what I wanted; he also installed MDF shelves in a walk in cupboard - not exactly complex, but affordable and exactly what I needed.

I am very pleased with the service recieved from Alex. He quicky provided a competitive quote and arranged to get the work done on a Saturday morning. It involved the repair of an external door and he moved other jobs around so he could get to this sooner because it affected the security of the building. The repair looks great and he has painted the door frame for us. Alex even agreed to adjusting a door closer whilst there at no extra charge. I will use McLaurin Joinery again.

Sandy is a fantastic tradesman, he's very friendly, a great communicator and turns up exactly when he says he is going to. He gave us a detailed and realistic quote. In fact we asked him for a quote on another job in the house too. For the repair itself, he did a very good job, and sent me photos in progress. A small crack appeared during the 'curing' process and Sandy came back, fixed the crack and was happy to do so. It has been a couple of weeks since the job was done and our wall is looking lovely!
