Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.

Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. His conscientiousness was refreshing in these days of people rushing to get to the next job. I'd use him again if the opportunity arises.

We hired Bogdan and his son to assemble and move some furniture. They did an absolutely fantastic job with the most impressive attitude! We immediately hired them for more work and then twice again. Every time every single thing was impeccable. Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.

A few weeks after the repair the first problem occurred, I called them but they wanted to charge me a call out fee of £49.00 to have a look at it after I paid £150.00 to have it repaired. I refused thus called a different locksmith who noted that the cylinder was too short for the new lock and page security should have known this and changed it while fitting the new lock. Now I have a temperamental lock that works 1/20 called them again and was told I have to pay £49.00 to have someone look at it.
