Asked for new aerial and new cable.problems after one week and now after three the same problem I had to start with is back. After further inspection the new aerial was fitted to old cable so job wasn't done properly after several attempts to contact thomas he said he would call back and didn't and now rejecting calls and txts.extremely dissapointed.
Constant communication and keep me up to date on delivery times etc of parts. Was always very prompt and always turned up when agreed. Would recommend to others.

Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.
