The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Michael and his team did an excellent job of blocking up an external window in our living room going into conservatory & creating a large aperture for bifold doors. They were very knowledgable and completed the job to a high standard whilst making the whole process as stress free as possible for us, with having a young family. We are a local Construction Company with a background in commercial building & groundworks. We are used to working to high specifications with minimal tolerances. Leaving you with a high end look with a beauty that is more than skin deep, its durable too! Its Important that a house has a solid foundation, but not just houses. Every aspect of construction is only as strong as it weakest link so we don't just concentrate on leaving a nice finish. You want that look to endure so we don't cut corners behind the scenes. Everything we do is constructed in accordance with industry standards norms. So our extensions get nice deep footings, So do garden walls. Our driveways are always excavated to the right depth, and the sub base constructed in graded road stone, not cheaper sub base materials because they are not as good. We never use a nail where a bolt or screw will do better, because it lasts longer that way! With 30 years in the trade behind me we have the experience, knowledge, and contacts to get you the best materials and reasonable prices. So whilst quality work has a cost to it, it need not be exorbitant, nor out of your reach! With us you are sure of the right advice, at a reasonable price.

The team first gave a competative quote for the work. A good start! They turned up on time, and then paid attention to my requirements before starting the job. They worked hard and efficiently together to get the job done. 7:30 AM to 18:00 without a break. The result was to professional standards. Would I recommend them? Yes, very much so! In fact I'm already planning to get them back to do another project for me. I think that statement really says it all.

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. The team were tidy and worked hard to the deadline throughout the process. If you need a high quality rendering job, then I would highly recommending considering Rob's services.
