Craig got in touch quickly, gave me a rough estimate over the phone and answered all my questions. Surveyor arrived on time, gave instant quote. Price was good. Michael and (another) Craig turned up to do the job on the day, time given. Good, tidy job. Can't fault anything, from start to finish!! Would recommend!

George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Jay left an unfinished job (woodframe for a conservatory) behind , that no other builder can finish The measurements were wrong . He kept 550 pounds for materials he did not provide . This has been 8 months ago . He initially made excuses before stopping answering to my emails altogether.
We are 3 generations of the family specializing in Plumbing, Electrics and Building. Between us we feel we are able to accommodate a customers every need and take the job from planning to completion or work individually within our specific trades.
Work was finished to a good standard, only issue now is we have no part P certificate for electrical work or confirmation a steel is coated in a heat resistant paint, plumb smart are refusing to answer calls, court action pending. If Plumb smart are doing your electrics check certificates, wish we had, was a shame to end on this note, no complaints re the rest of it.
Bathroom installation. Nothing was a problem. Good quality and great value. Very tidy too.

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .
Didn't make good wall in hallway which was on the estimate. Continually asking money when the job wasn't finished. Poor quality workmanship, not really a builder more DIY man
